Light bleeding after walking around 17000 steps

Hi. I am at week 5, and today i requires to walk quite a lot and come back home to notice I have light spotting. It is normal? Or should I worry? This is my first baby after waited up to 7 years :( #bleeding #lightspotting #vaginalbleeding

Better pergi klinik awal2, sy pregnant 4w4d hari ni.. doktor bagi ubat kuatkan rahim sbb masa awal light spotting lpas tu start nak bnyk spotting .. suspect threatened miscarriage

Sy pn risau smlm scan 6w mase 4w sy dh bleeding . Tp sekali n dh stop smpai harini. Scan smlm ok je dlm kedudukan rahim . Pgi ni mcm kuar spotting . Tkthu punca apa 😭😭😭

kalau dah biasa jalan banyak mcm tu should be okay je. tapi sebaiknya jaga² lah sebab dah ada spotting. kalau berterusan & banyak, cepat2 pegi klinik
