Can any kind souls pls save my kid from severe eczema ??

I was told by PD that my 4yo child is suffering from a severe eczema (discoid, atopic) with many different forms of them. She is itching (until bleeding) every minute, day in and out, especially itchy during 3 to 4am DAILY. She even had an insect bite when she was 3yo which is so toxic and went into impetigo that lasted her 1-year until now, with combination of eczema, her skin condition deteriorated. We tried using steriod cream (fucicort) but it doesn’t get any better at all. The spread started from her ankles and now to almost everywhere except her body. Both her 2 limbs and 2 legs (front & back) were heavily scarred with all these fresh wounds. It pains me so BADLY that I wanted to cry but I can’t, it will only make my child feel worse about herself. Pls....can anyone help me or tell me where to seek further advise or diagnosis regarding this heartbreaking condition?
