married but not to th father of my baby

i was married to my first boyfriend of many years in the year of 2018. we were waiting for our flat to be renovated, stayed separately then. when the hse was ready, i found out tht he was cheating on me. applied for annulment of marriage n he refused t sign. lawyers advised 3 full yrs of marriage for divorce instd. met the father of my baby this year, he accepted my situation n said he cld wait for me t get married. im stressed over my babys birth cert, my ex filing a lawsuit against me if he finds out ive a baby, n housing accomodation... this baby has been a blessing but im afraid t get married agn. wt shld i do..
