I have back pain, yes lower part. Yes lying down make it quite pain but it is BEARABLE. You have to move slowly i.e from sitting move to standing position, make sure u get up slowly and have support. Can engage prenatal massage. Also if ur washing machine is front load which requires you to bend down, do it like when you squat not bend. All these is what i have learned from my prenatal yoga 🙂
