Is it too early to tell if I'm pregnant?

I was diagnosed with PCOS, nagregulate naman ang cycle 3months after but balik sa irreg then last April 2 and April 13 had unprotected sex. Last mens ko ay March 25-31. Feeling bloated and ngalay sa lower back. Hindi ko alam kung spotting ito but it started monday with a hint of red so I thought mens na pero di pa pala. Took Pregnancy test and Nega result, Is it too early? ##Unplanned #PregnancyConcern
