Anyone take this during first tri onwards?

Hi. I wanted to take this as im having bad constipation, i know its normal but it hurts real bad! Is okay to consume this during pregnancy?

Ok to take during pregnancy but try to rely more on having fiber and drinking water to relieve bowel movements.
