Anyone take this during first tri onwards?

Hi. I wanted to take this as im having bad constipation, i know its normal but it hurts real bad! Is okay to consume this during pregnancy?

My gyne prescribed this for me yesterday, kindly take when needed only. He ask me not to depend on this.
