Hi! I just want to ask for advices and insights.. As a mom, how do you deal with your own personal disappointments, frustrations and regrets? Like you always feel that you are a failure and not being able to enjoy your life.. Thank you in advance 🖤🖤🖤#advicepls

Have time for yourself and meditate. Kahit 10minutes a day lang. Ako I started journalling and writing down my thoughts and feelings. And always PRAY 🙏🏼❤
