Hello, I just wanna ask if anybody here experience a sudden tightness of chest.? I have 4months old baby weighing 9 kilos and he's purely breastfeed.

Tightness of chest isn't a common thing to be experienced by a mom, or even any person, I guess. I suggest you have yourself checked ASAP so you would know what your condition is.
