What cheese do I give my 16 month old?

I am very particular in offering NO salt & NO sugar diet until my LO is 2. Can moms who are particular like suggest some types of cheese I can offer?

I would wait till 2 if the diet is strict. Most (or probably all) cheeses sold in the market contains at least abit of sodium. I personally gave mozzarella mini balls. (Galbani)

Left torticollis

My LO is 6 weeks old and has left torticollis (tightened muscles on the left). She only turns to her right. I have been to physio 2 times now and they taught me some stretches to do for. It is getting stressful that baby still prefers her right side. Any parents with similar situation? How long did your LO take to be cured of this situation? #firstbaby #pleasehelp

not diagnosed but my bb preferred right side too. so we switched his sleeping position so his left side is facing outwards (when he looks at us). we also make it a point to talk to him on his left side. it took a few weeks of practice and everyone (including my parents) to do the same.. now he’s ok with both sides. don’t worry mummy, give bb time to learn and change too.

Any teacher mummies out here who can advice on the unpaid infant care leave? Understand that it is 4 weeks of leave. Will I be able to split up my leave instead of taking it one shot?

Just delivered baby via normal delivery

How long does the stitches for normal delivery take to heal? It’s day 6 for me and I have a lot of pain at the stitches area. I can’t sit wo a donut pillow. This is so depressing. #1stimemom

For me, it was 10 days. I also suffered a lot.

2cm dilated at 34 weeks and 6 days

Hi mummies, I am 2cm dilated today. Is this smth to be worried about? The gynae told me that she will see me in 2 weeks time & will induce me if I have weak uterus (i forgot the term she used) or I have contractions. she asked me to walk a lot which i find a lil bit odd considering i have 2 weeks more to bring baby to full term. I am confused and would like to know if 2cm dilation today is a point of worry. She offered to give me 1 week HL starting this monday but I would like to resume work (teacher here) after a month long of rest. Share with me your experiences & thoughts please.

Tht means ur baby 37 weeks completes and enters to 38 , it’s ok baby fully develops for 37 , my 1st boy born in his 37 weeks and healthy as well ..

Sandals recommendations for 3rd trimester

Hi mummies, I am 33 weeks in and my legs have swollen & also have gotten slightly bigger than usual. I can’t feet into my shoes. I was told to get sandals for the next few weeks but I am not sure which brand i should look out for as I would like to use it for my work as well (i have to do a great deal of standing & walking). I went to sketchers & didnt like their collection. Can you pls recommend some affordable & good quality sandals that can double up for daily use & for work? Thanks!
