Me too! Pregnancy will definitely make you more tired. You may continue your exercise since u have been doing it pre-pregnancy but do follow ur body cues and not push urself too hard, take it easy now tt u have a baby. My gynae told me to reduce my intensity meaning I can still clock the same distance but reduce the speed.

How far along are you? My gynae advised not to exercise during first trimester. For second trimester onwards, we shouldn’t overexert our bodies too. Just do what you can.
