am i pregnant?

I used 2 pregnancy test, 2 times and the result is 1 positive line and 1 faint line is theres a strong possibility am I pregnant? if yes,what my baby look like now?

Hndi pa po ako ng pa check up waiting pako 1 week more to see if the faint line turns into clear...many thanks sa pag reply,once na confirm ko na po I'll do check up immediately and undergo for blood test to make it sure,salamt as pag reply and the positive coment. Godbless you momshie
