What to eat after vomiting when you are having fever, cough n cold?

I try eating small and frequents meals but after eating i will vomit everything out. My stomach feels hungry and bloated..

hope you are feeling better now. some mummies do face that through whole pregnancy. do try to eat less spicy and oily food? hang in there mummy! do seek help from gyane if this carries on. might have some medication to help ease.

thank you.. since my pregnancy i already avoid spicy and oily food.. cause it makes me nausea
