Week 9 (food)

i’ve been constantly hungry & always feeling bloated even after having small meals. Any ideas what food can i eat after dinner? i can’t sleep without eating 😅 #advicepls

Take fruits, or fruit juice/ milk shake ; apple ,pear, berries etc Sweet potatoes , baked/steam potatoes , yoghurts , Oats , cereal (small bowl ) , healthy crackers /biscuits, bread , a cup of milk before sleep , healthy nuts. Just munch will do 😁
