it depends. condos are really designed to withstand earthquakes. its just that if you're on the higher floors, mas feel mo yung pag shake. minsan pa nga mas nag-ffail yung houses lalo na if hindi engineers ang ngdesign structurally. but money wise, its worth investing on a house than condos :)
