divert yourself mommy, i also had several nightmares and panic attacks while pregnant ang ginagawa ko kapag nagigising ako nagpapatugtog ako ng mga lullabies or ineentertain ko sarili ko just to avoid it. good luck on your journey 😊
Hi, thanks for the advice. :) But the problem is madaling araw na din kasi usually nangyayare sakin to. And it is so hard to divert your attention when your partner is asleep.
