Can I still get SSS maternity benefits pag mag resign momshies? Sino po may the same experience po? ? thank you po sa makakasagot,

If paid Ka for 12 mos. Then you can avail the maternity benefits and make sure naifile mo ung MAT 1 ( maternity notification mo sa SSS na buntis Ka. )

Yes po. Resigned din po ako last august. Ako na lang nag asikaso sa sss ng MAT1 then babalik ako after kong manganak for filing naman ng MAT2.

    Nakapgfile na po ako maternity notification sa employer ko and received na ni SSS. if ever ba magresign ako next month makkuha ko in advance yung benefit or after ko pang manganak?
