Can I still feed my milk to my baby if I have chicken pox? I don't direct latch my baby. So sad

Ur bm will not pass the chicken pox but if u have any blisters and baby comes into contact w them then u will pass the virus to the baby. Practice extra high hygiene and limit ur contact w baby yar
