Can I still carry my LO (15 months) now that I am 4 months pregnant?

Hi. Can I still carry my LO (around 10kg) now that I am 4 months pregnant? It’s hard to carry her out of her baby cot and even carrying her for awhile I feel so tired and panting.

I had heavy bleeding during my 1st trim and was admitted to hospital. Dr advise not to carry heavy items including my LO (abt 10-11kg). Ever since that incident, I don’t carry my LO anymore.
