Can I still breastfeed my baby if I ate one of the dishes with hua tiao wine (Chinese cooking wine)?

Usually the alcohol will be evaporated during the process of cooking. But if you are still afraid that it might affect your baby, you can wait for at least 3 hours before your next fed.
