Is cooking wine ok to use to marinate food?

I use hua tiao Chiew (cooking wine) to marinate my fish for fish soup. Is it ok to eat during pregnancy. I m in my week 5 and 5 days now.

yes. as long as you simmer and cook it long enough for the alcohol to evaporate.
