Breastmilk Storage

Hello! I am starting to build my freezer stash. Would like to get some recommendation on breastmilk storage bags? I read that we have to get the ones with the tabs out cos if we write directly on the bag, the ink will seep through? Is that true? How do you also organize/store it in the freezer afterwards?

the bags work like ziplock, the ink won’t weep through. store the milk flat and freeze, so it’s easier to organize
