Thomson medical centre

I am sharing my really bad experience at TMC for my first new born. For those delivering at TMC, please make sure the hospital staff do their work and not the daddy for them. http://plain-reviews.blogspot.com/2019/12/thomson-medical-center-for-baby.html

I had delivered in TMC and my husband and I agreed that we would seek their maternity services again, next time. We were well taken care of by meticulous staff before, during and after delivery. And to note, the date of my LO's delivery was a popular one and the observation ward and hospi wards were full. Yet, we were comfortable and came across teams of nurses and assistants who were nothing less than great! It's a pity your family had a bad experience. I wonder if communication is a problem to begin with? It is often the negative experiences that stay in our minds longer, therefore egging you to post this after the episode. Just hope to remind everyone to read widely and not jump to conclusions as there are still positive experiences from families delivered at TMC, besides some negative ones!

as some say, it depend son luck and lucky enough for me, they were under staff then and then. spending almost 20k for such service is really luck

I last month just delivered there, i had awesome experience with their staff from the nurses to the doctors. They are friendly and gentle towards me and the baby even guide me thru how to carry the baby and latch the baby

My wife and I had a worse experience than you can ever imagine and am in the process of consolidating all the events as I feel that such should not happen to anyone again...

Hi, care to share more on your worst experience? My wife had a fresh stillborn 2 months ago and there was a lack of staff to attend and it feels like there was a medical lapse. We are devasted by the unfortunate event that happened upon us but thomson just gave us a cold shoulder. Please reconsider if you are going to thomson medical. Seriously regret our decision to deliver there.

Wow... Thanks for sharing. Good preparation for those delivering there.
