Blocked nose and more sneezing

I realise i am sneezing more often ever since pregnant. Blocked nose very frequent and mucus is alot more. Jus wondering if it is pregnancy issue or that im too heaty/really sick?

immunity is lower during pregnancy so it could be easier to fall sick
