I am planning to start working for home. I wanted to set my expectations right before I give an interview. Should I expect a pay cut?

unfortunately yes, i would say please do expect a pay cut, and quite a big one at that, especially if this is your first time working from home. the sad part is that even though you may put in the same amount of hours and effort while working from home, many organizations fail to realize that and offer only a very small percentage of what they would offer for the same work but from the office. if you have time and if you can, you could later take up multiple assignments to make up for the difference in pay ... all the best :)
