Withdrawal from school

I paid deposit. This month they deduct full payment childcare fees. Total est $1500 I want to withdraw my child from childcare n put in 3hrs programme. My child only start to go to school 3days. Last week Thur n Fri was sick. Do I still get refund of deposit n school fees where it's literally less then 2weeks. PCF childcare any parent can advise me. Thnx
