preterm labor at 27th week

i am now experiencing preterm labor at 27th week... i am presently confined at hospital. has anyone here had a similar experience? what did you do to overcome it and able to reach ur term?

30th week po ako nun nagpreterm labor po ako. 2 days po ako nakaconfine sa hospital. Pagkadischarge ko po bed rest lang po talaga ako sa bahay. Tumatayo lang pag mag cr po. Kahit maligo po nakaupo po. 33 weeks na po ako today.
