Constipation and abdominal cramps

I am now 4 weeks 5days according to the app. Is it normal to have constipation and cramps? It is not continuous cramps..just intermittent...there is no bleeding and spotting..I hope all goes well for me as I've had a failed IVF before..

hi! im an ivf mummy :) for constipation, may be just because of diet/lack of fluid intake. cramping is normal as your body is preparing for the pregnancy. just monitor yourself for spotting or bleeding, and if that happens, just go to your gynae's clinic and not to a&e (happened to me and this was my drs advice :)) hope everything goes well this time!
