I noticed that my daughter was really interested in boy stuffs like toy cars , robots and toy guns . Is that normal and is it okay to let her play those ? Photo source : (https://www.radiozamaneh.com/u/wp-content/uploads/2015/02/girl-playing-with-cars.jpg)

Yes of course. I grew up playing with robots instead of Barbie dolls and I guess it was just fine. I think it's time to veer away from the typical robots for boys, dolls for girls stereotype. I suggest though you can start giving your child gender neutral toys like animal toys :)

We have the same situation, my dau is afraid of baby alive or any doll..but she love starwars and baymax action figure..i let her play what she wants but i usually promote non gender toys such as blocks and clay..

For me it is okay. Gender specific programming is not something a toddler knows but is learned from the parents. So as long as my daughter enjoys playing those toys (except the gun), it's okay with me.

Yes, you can let her play with cars and robots. It's only the adults who worry that toys must be for a specific gender.
