5 Weeks Pregnant

I do not have any nausea symptoms or breast soreness. Doctor told me baby have no heartbeat yet and re-visit at week 7. Is it something i have to be concerned about? ?

Not to worry as at 5 weeks baby is still very small and heartbeat cannot be detected yet until 8 weeks old.
