Terrible Nausea

I never have cravings, but my everyday problem is to think of food that i can tolerate preferably foods that don't have smell .So my daily meal consists of bread, apple, turnip , sweet potato (It would be helpful if you have some food suggestions that I can buy on our local wet market). I vomit every after meal sometimes even it im not done eating. I feel terrible I experience pregnancy symptoms heartburn, headache, tired all the time and light headedness. Obgyn prescribed nausecare but it makes me feel more terrible so i stop taking it . #firsttimemom #firstbaby

Hello. I feel you. Eat in small quantity but frequently, like every 2 hours. Add more non citrus fruit, oatmeal, rice porridge, biscuits. Keep hydrated.
