acid reflux eat half portion or what?

I know we need to eat less and more frequent meals for acid reflux. 1. How small is your portion ? Half of what u usually eat? 2. More meals as in what kind of snack or meal u eating? Biscuit? Fruits? Cereal? Or what?

1. Maybe eat till you’re about 70% full. No longer hungry but not stuffed too. 2. If you have no gestational diabetes, anything you want is fine. You can mix it up to have a variety of snacks:) but since constipation is common, try to have enough fruits and vegetables
