vomit

i introduced formula milk to my baby as my preparation in going to work. 1st i used nestogen 0-6 but after a while she vomit. doctot recommend to change the milk so we change to s26 one still she vomit once. im confused what causes her vomiting. is it the milk or over feeding because let her feed almost40 ml of formula then breastfeef her so
