Cramps at lower abdomen week 8

I am in week 8, is it normal to have more cramps at your lower abdomen ? I will only be meeting the doctor for the first check up at week 10 so kinda worried.

yes perfectly normal to have cramps in the early trimester cos your uterus is expanding
