Swelling and tight

I in my 30 weeks + 4 days and my feet, ankle and leg never stop swelling. Instead it feel tight on my feet everytime i wriggle my toes. Should i be worried?#1stpregnant

It’s normal, so please raise your legs whenever you’re seated/lying down. When when lying down, prop your feet up with 2 pillows. Also keep your legs moisturised

it's normal just cut down water intake during night time it helps me alot. previously I was super swollen that climbing stairs want my life
