Loud Heartbeat

I can hear my baby's heartbeat in my right ear. It's so loud I can hear it mostly when I'm in a quiet area. Is this normal?

Ang sabe ng OB ko hndi mo dw ma fefeel oh maririnig hartbeat ng baby unless gagamit ka nung machine talaga. Dko alam pangalan nun
