what food really made u felt better during your pregnancy?
I am having a super difficult time with my pregnancy. I am a first time mummy and I have stuck my head down the toilet bowl more times than I can ever count this life time. I don't have any special cravings nor much of an appetite but taking sweet stuff like puddings, fruits (which I absolutely do not like pre-pregnancy) and ice cream or even just plain bread made me felt better, physically and mentally/emotionally. I was wondering what makes the rest of you mammas felt better when you were carrying, hoping to try some of your ideas to expand my food intake. Currently I can get by with a slice of bread in a day. oh yeah, I am past my 11th weeks.
