Super Mum

Hi mama, Sorry to hear that you have a milk blister. This can sometimes last for days or weeks and then spontaneously heal. If you would like to to try treating it at home, here are some good recommendations. https://kellymom.com/bf/concerns/mother/nipplebleb/ If you start to experience any flu like symptoms, fever or blocked ducts that are unable to resolve for more than 12 hours, please see a healthcare provider. Get better soon mama!

Thanks 😊

I go to a doc and they use a sterilised needle to poke it. And give me some wash / cream to apply. For the subsequent milk blister. I buy my own sterilised needle from Unity and poke it myself
