I have trouble losing my weight after giving birth even though i'm breastfeeding my son. My friends told me to drink fruit infused water to help burning some fat. Is it really working?

The best way to lose weight and still feel good is to find an activity that you enjoy doing. The physical activity will also reenergise you overall. Yoga, martial arts or even dancing worked for a lot of my friends. It's a good complement to diets you will want to try.
