I have trouble losing my weight after giving birth even though i'm breastfeeding my son. My friends told me to drink fruit infused water to help burning some fat. Is it really working?

Drinking water in general boosts weight loss. A study on the effect of water on metabolism showed that drinking a large glass of water can boost your metabolism by up to 30%. Conversely, not drinking enough water and being even slightly dehydrated can actually slow your metabolism down. Drinking fruit infused water works the same way I reckon. My friends who drink fruit infused water are those who look to increase their metabolic rate but hate the "taste" of water. With the fruits inside, it makes water more refreshing and flavourful. I also reckon that the added vitamin c from the fruits are added benefits :) On top of that, a healthy diet and light exercises can also help with weight loss. You can try having long walks if you're up to it. My mommy friends say that keeping busy and doing housework helps too.
