I have a small open wound at my nipple area (bottom part, where my son is sucking) due to him teething and biting. Which hurts alot when latching. Is there any ointment or oil or cream that I can put to recover fast and also safe for baby? Thanks in advance.

Have you tried lanolin?
Its the ingredient to help cracked nipple. Many brands would have lanolin inside. Eg: lansinoh, medela.
try coconut oil!
