Infantcare and windows

I have a question to ask about infantcare. Is it normal that their windows are usually closed? The one I sent my boy to has all their windows closed. I believe it’s to protect the little bubs and it’s totally understandable. I hear from my friend, a FTM too, that she drops by sometimes to check on her bubs from outside. So I wasn’t sure if all IFCs in SG generally have their windows closed? It’s a silly question but I am genuinely curious! As an FTM, I don’t really have any point of reference for this.

They would have closed windows with nets protected and of course during nap time they will have blinders close. I have CC centre below my void deck fully open with grill in placed and they have blinders close, window close when kids are asleep. Meanwhile, my child CC has window close with net secured. They don't have blinders on as baby are all asleep in sleeping room except those in Nursery above, they will have blinders on.
