Travelling

I'm thinking of planning a trip some time in October this year. Any recommendations on baby (less than 1 year old) friendly countries to travel to? And preferably not a long flight (5 hours or less). Thanks!

Phuket or Bali! Both child friendly places within villas or resort (have to find but not difficult)
