I have missed my period for 7 days. Tested negative this morning. I thought I am pregnant because I thought I had some early pregnancy signs. Maybe I am just under too much stress at work these days. ?

I have been struggling for the same reason for years, until I enrolled in a yoga class to calm my stress. I also take time to meditate and find timw to relax and refrain from pressuring myself in becoming pregnant. After several yoga classes, which includes hip opening positions, I got pregnant while having 4 myomas.
