Can’t take maternal milk

Hi, I have a horrible gag reflex to milk. I can’t take multivitamins too. Am concerned that my baby is not getting enough nutrients like that.

you can highlight this to the doctor so that they can prescribe some other supplements but meanwhile try to eat a variety of food to absorb the nutrition
