Cough and cold

Hi I have cough and colds and I am now 4 months preggy. Does it have bad effect sa baby kung may sipon at ubo? I am not taking any meds po. Pero umiinom ako lagundi na boiled and naggagargle ng water with salt. as well as drinking lots of fluid. Do I need to consult with my OB na po ba? TIA po sa sasagot. 1st pregnancy po
