Hospitalisation leave

I have been put on hospitalisation leave as I was diagnosed with ICP. I have been preparing the necessary things for labour as I will be induced 1 weeek later and also juggling with my anxiety and stress about my ICP. However, my colleagues and bosses seem to think my leave is to relax in bed and do nothing, hence expected me to join for business meetings and answering their questions. I'm just super annoyed. 🤛🏻
