Remedies to Nausea

I have been feeling very nausea and no appetite. Each time I intake something at night, I will vomit out again. I feel so helpless but I guess my HCG is really very strong. I have also been sick for close to a month. Im close to 9 weeks. Any remedies to this? Really wanna eat like before 😢 #firstbaby #1stimemom #pregnancy
