Pre-eclampsia but boss not very empathetic.

I have been diagnosed with preeclampsia and was admitted to hospital a week ago. I requested for kkh and private gynae to write me a letter to recommend wfh. But my boss insist I should go in to office 1 to 2 times a week despite having the letter.. Anyone else having preeclampsia and continued working? I notice my BP is always high always at work.

your boss is awful. even with the letter still make you go back. if anything were to happen, will your boss take responsibility??

That’s such a horrible thing to say when you’re already under stress from this condition. Personally I would start looking out for another job as it sounds your boss is not a good boss.
