I'm scared ?

I have a 5 years old baby girl and 7 months old baby boy. Hindi ako gumamit agad ng contraceptives after giving birth. Magkaka baby ulit ako masundan agad sya, I'm 2 months pregnant and Hindi alam mama ko.. How can I tell her.. mY tummy getting bigger????

for sure marami syang sasabihin. Pero kasi 31 years old na ko. Still nasa pweder pa rin nya ko. I have no choice I need to tell her.
